Chain of Responsibility Resource Centre

Chain of Responsibility legislation is guided by the National Transport Commission (NTC), which aims to further the achievement of nationally agreed road transport safety, productivity, asset protection and environmental reforms. The legislation encourages compliance with the requirements of the road transport law and is enforced by each individual state and territory.
